Cold Water Fisheries Inc. (CWF) was established in 1988, and has continually strived to be a leader in the aquaculture industry. With expanding operations in Ontario and Nova Scotia, we continue to improve our ability to meet our customer's needs.

CWF is a family owned aquaculture operation specializing in the production of premium Rainbow Trout and Arctic Char. We are a fully integrated company from egg production to sales directly to the retail outlet. Our management and staff are dedicated in supplying some of the highest quality products our name is known for.

We supply large retail stores and the food service industry under the Manitoulin® name with a variety of finished forms. These include ManitoulinTM Trout Burgers, ManitoulinTM Hot-Smoked Rainbow Trout, and Marinated Rainbow Trout Fillets to mention a few.
